At The M Den Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of officially licensed collegiate gear. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
